Payment
Clients can buy our Environmental Choices reports using PayPal (either using a credit card or PayPal account) or we can raise an invoice. Since our head office is based in Montreal, Canada, our Wave 1 reports are charged in Canadian dollars (GST and QST will need to be applied to the price for Canadian clients). Please contact us directly if you would like to discuss payment options.
Receiving your report
Once we have received payment, we will send you an email with the report in PDF format. This report is also available in Powerpoint 2007 format, on request, at no extra charge. Take a look at the free summary of this report, available at this site, to get a sense of the style of the report. You will receive the report within 24 hours (usually within 4 hours) after we have received payment.
Licence options
The licence to our Environmental Choices report allows full usage within the purchasing organisation. Since this provides greater potential exposure of the results amongst larger organisations, we have two different licencing options - a standard licence, and a corporate licence. the corporate licence is applicable when the results will be available throughout organisations of 1,000 employees or more, and is charged at two and a half times the standard licence.

1. International section reports
The international section report, provides the section report analysis for Canada, England and the USA, allowing cross-country comparisons, an international executive summary, and access to further special analysis at your request.
For each report, the standard licence price is CAN$1,000, and the corporate licence price is CAN$2,500. You can see the reports available here.
2. Full study
You can also buy the complete report for the entire survey - all 14 section reports - at an attractive price. The idea behind this is that we are able to support you with a complete picture of the research findings. From this single-source data, you get an holistic understanding of people's attitudes and behaviour towards climate change, available to meet your specific needs.
For the full study results, the standard licence price is CAN$5,000, and the corporate licence price is CAN$12,500. You can see the reports available here, and please discuss with us directly the payment options.

Trading-up
It is possible to -trade-up' from lower to higher subscriptions levels by paying the difference. For example, imagine that you have bought an international section report for CAN$1,000 and then decided to buy the complete wave 1 Environmental Choices study priced at CAN$5,000. You would just need to pay the difference - CAN$4,000. Just contact us directly to arrange this.
Refund policy
As we provide the free summary data for each section report, and to protect ourselves, we do not offer refunds. You can take a look at the free summary data before buying to give you confidence that you will be happy with the purchase.
